We are delighted to share the features and fixes we have in store for our clients for the February 2024 Official Release. With the improved quality and enhanced options, you will now have a better QMeUp experience.

The list identifies significant features and fixes we have worked on for the past few months. We have made improvements to the features of our QMeUp.

Before deploying the new update (1.75.*), it is recommended that you perform the following steps for best results:

1. Secure and create your latest backup before you start any deployment for the new update. If you are faced with errors, at least you have a backup to restore your database from where you stopped.
2. You must disconnect all workstations from the main server while the deployment of the new updates is ongoing.
3. Put it into practice before you deploy any new update into production, make sure that you have conducted your testing of the new package into your training database.


QMU Facility New Features


QMU Facility - Facility - Deletion of Appointment Department Schedule

This feature allows the QMU portal to show unavailable appointment schedules for holidays.



QMU Facility - Facility - Add Font Size Settings Selection for Public View

This feature is for enhancement of QMU Facility public views font size.

Note: feature only applies on Now Serving

QMU Facility - Facility - Enhancement of Picture Size 1x1 ID

This feature is for enhancement of patient QMU ID picture size.



Features for SIMC

QMU Facility – Facility - Confirmed Tab Add New Departmental Queue

This feature is for enhancement of departmental queue for QMeUP users. Confirm tab to add new department is added.



QMU Facility - Appointment Confirm Button and Forward to Confirmed Tab


This feature is enhancement of departmental queue where appointment confirm button is added to toggle and once patient is confirmed it will move to confirmed tab.






QMU Facility - Printing of QR Code in Appointment Must Include Name Below


This feature is for printing QR codes in appointment which includes the name of the patient



QMU Facility – Department Settings Toggle to Display Name on QR Code


This feature is adding a toggle in department settings to display name in QR print  



QMU Facility - Display Info Button


This feature is for adding a button for patient information.



QMU Facility - Facility Inquiry - Can Upload/Download Image from Messages


This feature is for facility inquiry, which allows uploading and downloading of images from messages



QMU Facility - Facility - Approval & Reject of Join Request


This feature allows the approval or rejection of doctors and staff that want to join the facility.



QMU Mobile New Features


QMU Mobile - SIMC - Add Confirmed Status Same as Assigned


This feature is for displaying confirmed status for patients in portal



QMU Mobile - SIMC - Facility Inquiry - Can Upload/Download Image from Messages


This feature is for uploading and downloading of images from messages in portal



QMU Mobile - Add Filter for Uploaded from Inquiries


This feature is for adding filters for uploaded images from inquiries.



QMU Mobile  - Verification of Email for Doctor/Patients Account

This feature is for email verification of doctors/patients that wants to join the facility.
