EMR 007 - Offline Status Workaround – Annual Hospital Statistical Report Online/EMR
This KBA will guide you on the workaround for the Offline Status encountered in the Annual Statistical Report - Online. It needs to be set up on the Windows 10 PC of the user in
charge who will submit the DOH Annual Statistical - Online. Please have your IT to follow the steps below.

Steps to resolve the issue:
1. Open Window Features
2. Tick the Internet Information Services
> Under Internet Information Services, kindly tick all the values the same as the image below:
3. Click OK Button and wait for applying the changes loading
4. Go to Local Disk C:
5. Click inetpub folder
6. Create new folder and rename it as “sites”
7. Download the DOH API Zip File (Please see the link below)
8. Extract the DOH API Zip File
9. Transfer the extracted DOH API Folder to the sites folder
10. Open Internet Information Services Application
11. Right Click and Select Add Website
12. Site name as DOH API
13. Locate the extracted DOH API Folder
14. Set Port Value as 8080 and click OK
15. Click Browse
16. Open HIS Application and Click Global Settings
17. Copy the URL from the browser
18. Change the API URL to new API URL
19. Open your Annual Hospital Statistical Report Online
