EMR 008 - Partially Uploaded Report – ICD10 Codes Concern

This guide is designed to help you resolve the partially uploaded reports due to DOH ICD10 Codes.

System Alert:
            You will see the ICD10 codes appeared in the system alert, in this regard, you need to check the mapping of the DOH ICD10 Codes in the ICD10 Codes module in HIS.

Steps to fix the system alert:

1.     Go to ICD-10 Codes 

2.     Search the affected ICD10 code reflected in the system alert.

3.     Click Edit

4.     Assign the correct DOH ICD10 Code based on the default list provided by DOH.

Note: Mapping the ICD-10 code to manually added DOH ICD-10 will cause partially uploaded concerns in the reports. To ensure accurate reporting, only use the system default codes provided by the DOH.
