We are delighted to share with you the list of features and fixes we have in store for our clients for the May 2024 Official Release. With the improved quality and enhanced options, you will now have a better Electronic Health Records experience.
The list identifies significant features and fixes we have worked on for the past few months. We have made improvements in the features of our Electronic Health Records.
Before deploying the new update (9.0.107.58), it is recommended that you perform the following steps for best results:

1. Secure and create your latest backup before you start any deployment for the new update. Just in case, you will be faced with errors, at least you have backup to restore your database back from where you stopped.
2. It is very important that you must disconnect all workstations from the main server while the deployment of the new updates is on-going.
3. It is also advisable to run the shrinking of log files script for those who have large database size.


EHR - Custom Note Add Vital Sign From EHR

This feature enhances custom notes by allowing additional data to be added to components.

  1. Login in EHR as Administrator.
  2. Go to Custom notes.
  3. Click Add Custom Notes.
  4. Fill up mandatory fields.
  5. Save Custom Notes.
  6. Add Components.
  7. Choose Input Text.
  8. Under Select Data From, choose Patient.
  9. Select Vital Sign.


EHR  - Custom Note - Add Final Diagnosis Module

This feature is a new component to fetch ICD10 codes for Final Diagnosis.

  1. Login using admin.
  2. Open Custom Note.
  3. Add component and Go to INPUT TEXT/ INPUT TEXTAREA.
  4. Select ICD, input audit trail and save.


EHR - Custom Note - Add Module Medication Adding

This feature is enhancement in custom notes additional component for adding of medication.

  1. Login using Admin
  2. Access custom Note Module
  3. Add Components click ORDER BUTTON


EHR - Upon Selection of Notes Automatically Set Patient to Inprogress

This feature is to also change the patient status using add notes directly from visits

  1. Login to EHR using doctor.
  2. Select an On Queue patient then add note directly from visits.
  3. Visits Status will be changed to Inprogress.


EHR  - Upon Selection of Notes Automatically Set Patient to Inprogress

This feature is to view input password in log in fields.

  1. Login to Auth any user account.
  2. Insert password then click view pass icon.


EHR  - Create New PTAT Report New This feature is an additional Census report in EHR.

  1. Login using Admin Account
  2. Access Census Report
  3. Search and Add PTAT census report


EHR - Notes Add to Favorite New View

This feature enhances the patient chart by adding an additional "Favorite Notes" button.

  1. Login in EHR.
  2. Go to Patient Chart.
  3. In Patient Chart, Favorite Notes button will display.


EHR -ER Note – OB-Gyne Note

This feature allows users to free type on the field.

  1. Login using any doctor.
  2. Proceed to visits module.
  3. Select patient then add note (ER IPD Ob Gyne Note).
  4. Under Subjective, proceed to Menstrual History.
  5. Pad/day, Duration, and Dysmenorrhea must be free typing.


 EHR - ER Note – OB-Gyne Note

This feature is to add NEGATIVE status in history in patient chart

  1. Login using any doctor.
  2. Select patient in access patient chart then view history.


EHR - Enhancement of Custom Note Drag and Drop This feature is enhancement in Medical Abstract and Take Home Medicine Notes.

  1. Login using Doctor.
  2. Add Medical Abstract note in default group.
  3. Counter check if Medicine Should Be the Drug History
  4. Remove Ob-Gyne History Tab
  5. Add Take Home Medicine Notes note in default group.
  6. Change Check box fields into free text


EHR - Enhancement of Forms Move to Notes This feature is to move form in Adding of Notes.

  1. Login using Doctor.
  2. Select integrated patient.
  3. Add the notes then search for Form (Sample: CF4).


EHR - RVS Code This feature is to add additional panel under assessment.

  1. Login using Doctor.
  2. Select integrated patient then add Gen Soap
  3. Check RVS Code Panel


Others

EHR - Internal - Admin Module - Hide ICD 10 Management Module

This feature focuses on hiding the ICD-10 Management module in the Administrator account.

  1. Login in EHR as Administrator.
  2. Check if the ICD 10 Management module will display in Administrator account.


EHR - Internal - Custom Drag & Drop - Enhancement - Patient Data Integration

This feature enhances custom notes by allowing additional data to be added to components.

  1. Login in EHR as Administrator.
  2. Go to Custom notes.
  3. Click Add Custom Notes.
  4. Fill up mandatory fields.
  5. Save Custom Notes.
  6. Add Components.
  7. Choose Input Text.
  8. Under Select Data From, choose Patient.
  9. Select data (Spouse, Contact Person in case of Emergency, Contact Person in case of Emergency, Company, Company Number, Company Address)




EHR - Internal - Custom Drag & Drop - Enhancement - Patient Data Integration

This feature enhances custom notes by allowing additional data to be added to components.

  1. Login in EHR as Administrator.
  2. Go to Custom notes.
  3. Click Add Custom Notes.
  4. Fill up mandatory fields.
  5. Save Custom Notes.
  6. Add Components.
  7. Choose Input Text.
  8. Under Historical Data Type, choose Patient.
  9. Under Data, select History of Present Illness




EHR - Internal - Visits - Realtime add and update status from visit

This feature enhanced the adding and syncing of patient status.

  1. Register patient on HIS.
  2. Login 2 different users in 2 different browsers.
  3. Login user 1, refresh the browser then check the browser of user 2.
  4. Patient must be added without refreshing the browser.


Note: This enhancement is also applied to Private Visits.



EHR - Internal - Custom Note Footer Enhancement

This feature enhanced the working of the footer.

  1. Login using admin.
  2. Proceed to custom note module.
  3. Select custom note then set add footer to YES.
  4. Then, on fix footer set it to NO then Save.
  5. Login using Doctor.
  6. Select and add custom notes.
  7. Print the note.
  8. Time and Date must not be displayed.


EHR - Internal - Custom Note - Add Button Component in Drag and Drop

This feature allows the user to order items in the Custom Note.

  1. Login using admin.
  2. Proceed to custom notes module.
  3. Select custom note then add component then select Order.
  4. Login using doctor.
  5. Select and add custom note.
  6. Click the order component then select department and item to be ordered.




EHR - internal - Updated package will Refresh the Client Browser to Avoid Old Version Cache

This feature is to remove caching of old version when a new package is deployed

  1. Open EHR from user 1
  2. Also open from user 2
  3. Upon opening, observe the toaster indicating that the current version is not updated
  4. Need to Refresh browser from whichever workstation is not updated


EHR - Internal - Enhancement - Create or Update of Notes

This feature is one of the enhancement of system’s logic – Remove Duplicate APIs upon create and update notes

  1. Login using doctor.
  2. From Visits, select a patient and add a note or update it
  3. Check API’s if there’s still duplicate


EHR - Internal - Enhancement - Assigning of Patient From Reception

This feature is enhancement assigning of reception for new patient skip patient profile saving.

  1. Log in Admin Account access facility setting .
  2. Click advance then set “SKIP CREATE PATIENT PAGE WHEN ASSIGNING RECEPTION.
  3. Select Available new Patient in Reception module then assign .


EHR - Internal - Census Report - National Animal Bite - Add sheet for Doctor and Nurse Data This feature is enhancement in census report additional column.

  1. Login using Admin Account .
  2. Access Census Report .
  3. Search and generate National Animal Bite



EHR - Internal - Add Patient Executive in My patient Module

This feature is to access patient executive in My patient module.

  1. Login using Doctor.
  2. Access My patient module .
  3. Click patient name.
