We are delighted to share with you the list of features we have in store for our clients for the December 2023 Official Release. With the improved quality and enhanced options, you will now have a better HRP experience.

The list identifies significant features and fixes we have worked on for the past few months. We have made improvements in the features of our HRP.

Before deploying the new update, HRP 1.0.21, it is recommended that you perform the following steps for best results:
1. Secure and create your latest backup before you start any deployment for the new update. Just in case you encounter errors, at least you have backup to restore your database back from where you stopped.
2. It is important that you disconnect all workstations from the main server while the deployment of the latest updates is ongoing.
3. Put it into practice before you deploy any new update into production, make sure that you have conducted your testing of the new package into your training database.
4. Double check appsettings, appsettings.production, appsettings.local, & app.env before running Accounts, API (except HRP-API), Hangfire & WEB. Compare your current files to the latest release.

Payment Scheme Form will open, the user can add Basic Salary and Other Income for

Earnings.













Benefits tab for Personnel Economic Relief Allowance and Hazard Pay.








Contribution tab for BIR (Tax), GSIS, Pag-IBIG, & Philhealth.



Deduction tab for GSIS, Pag-IBIG, Oher Loan, & SSS.



Adjustment tab for Earnings & Deductions adjustments.


After saving, total amount will reflect in salary differential.







Special Payroll  Salary Differential - Summary

After generating Salary Differential, summary will become available.

Contract of Service Payslip is now available for download as PDF or PNG both Format 1 and 2.

Note: This is also available in MyHRP.



Employee Profile — Reports — Oath of Office — Option to Edit the Address Enhancement in main form to edit the employees address, additional field for employee address to be edited and reflected in print out.



Timekeeping  Schedule & DTR  Daily Time Record  Option for Multiple Printing

A new feature of daily time record where you can view and print all the DTR of employee by Department.














Dashboard  New Filtering of Charts

A new feature for dashboards is when user is Department Administrator and Department Co-Administrator, if the user is Department Administrator is you can view all the total counts of Employees, total counts of employees per department and total of attendance.

If the user is Department Co-Administrator you can only view the assigned department.



Dashboard  Accessible based on User’s Privilege

Based on setup of User’s privilege, if enabled or disabled the dashboard module will be

shown or hide.

Timekeeping – Notices  Possible Overtime Approval Date

The approval Date will now reflect upon approval of possible overtime. Note: Special Payroll Overtime Setup must be enabled for this feature.















Recruitment  Applicant  Salary Grade Effective Data, Base Percentage and Activate tagging for Hiring of employees.

The Effective Date, Base Percentage, and Activate tagging are now available in hiring employees and will sync in Payment Scheme > Earning of the employee.














Recruitment – Applicant – Syncing of Item Number and Job Title in Employment Enhancement of syncing of Item Number and Job Title in Employment for employee hired with Multiple Item Number Setup enabled.


Recruitment  Unfilled and Filled Position Enhancement for Multiple Item Number

Unfilled positions with multiple item numbers will only be transferred to filled positions if all the item numbers are filled.



HR Forms and Employee Reports  Text Formatting Enhancement

Text Formatting is now available on certain fields in the following reports. HR Forms

Documents  SALN  Extra Page Enhancements

3rd page is now available for the printout of SALN, this will display the list of items that did not fit in the 1st and 2nd pages.

Payroll  Benefits  Hazard Pay Computation for Part-Time Employees

Computation for Hazard pay will now be based on the base percentage of salary grade assigned to the employee.

Sample:





The employee base percentage is 50%

The assigned hazard pay of employees is 20%. The payroll computation of the hazard pay will be: 4,550 * 20% = 910










Special Payroll  Overtime

A new type of Special Payroll to compute the late approved overtime of employees.



Note: Approval Date of Possible Overtime should not be the same as the date generated of the payroll, also validations will appear for employees without late approved overtime, unassigned cut-off, and no processed/posted payrolls.


Posted Overtime Special Payroll will also be reflected in the Employee Profile of both HRP and MYHRP

What’s Fixed

  1. Late/Undertime of employees with accumulated leave balance will no longer be added to gross pay.


Known Issues

  1. Compensatory Holiday Pay will be added to gross pay for certain months.
  2. HRP Dashboard may encounter “Object Reference”, just refresh the browser to fix.
  3. Need to clear cache browser manually to correct Special Payroll setup view. Note: Okay in database.

Old version set to “Enabled”

After update, the UI will show that the setup is “Disabled”.

The user just needs to clear cache browser to show correct details.

  1. Accumulated Leave will not compute on the second month after manual entry.
  2. Connected to the fixes in the Shift buildup – Break, there is an issue in multiple select manual input in Timesheet for night shift with break.
  1. Workaround: Single input for night shift if with break.
  1. If DB started in .18, issue may arise in Kiosk Web Timekeeping.
