EP-064 Upload E-claims Error - ORA-20202: The value for the discharge date should not be a future date.

These guidelines are here to help you navigate the process of resolving errors that may occur during the eClaims upload. This issue might be caused by the discharge date entered in the claim, which appears to be later than the current date.

Here is the sample system alert:


1.      Go to HIS >> Patients Module
 2.      Edit the case history of the Patient and double-check the discharge date.
 3.      Input the correct discharge date.


4.      Click Save and Close.
5.      Go to PIS > Select the corresponding Outright Deduction.
6.      View the transaction to double-check if the corrected discharge date was successfully reflected.


Note: If the facility is using the old exe version, they need to reprocess the outright deduction of the claim.

7.      Try re-uploading the claim.
