PIS-010 How to fix the system alert “Please assign Expiry Date for Doctor” in Outright Deduction
The following guidelines will
assist you in addressing the system alert that can occur when saving an
Outright Deduction. This issue is typically encountered when the assigned
doctor of the patient lacks an encoded PHIC Expiry Date in the Consultants
Module.
Here is the sample System
Alert message:
To configure the properly,
follow these steps:
1.
Navigate to the
Hospital Information System (HIS) and access the “Consultants” module.
2.
Within the
'Consultants' module, select the affected doctor and click 'EDIT.'
3.
Locate the 'PHIC
Expiry Date” field and assign the corresponding expiration date.
4.
Save your changes
and then close the module."
Once the configuration is
complete, you can proceed with the process of saving the outright
deduction.
